Mr. Grantham is an arrogant evil man who delights in harrassing property owners and tenants and cares nothing about the taxpayers who must foot the bill for his expensive, mean-spirited and unnecessary lawsuits. Mr. Grantham does not represent the best interest of the Department of Transportation or the people of Oklahoma and should be fired from his job immediately!

Here’s our story:

The State of Oklahoma is doing everything in its power to put us out of business. They have seized control of our property and evicted all of our tenants, including a company that could have become one of Oklahoma’s largest employers.

Relocation benefits were promised but never delivered and many of our tenants are on the verge of bankruptcy because of the State’s deceptive and unfair condemnation practices.

The tactics used to secure right-of-way for the widening of I-44 are both corrupt and deceitful and will end up costing taxpayers millions of dollars in legal fees, construction delays, lost jobs and tax revenues.

WHY? Because Oklahoma’s number one priority is NOT building highways, fixing bridges or improving the quality of our infrastructure; it’s to waste OUR MONEY on expensive litigation, political patronage contracts and other money laundering schemes.

The numbers don’t lie and I urge each and every one of you to take a good hard look at how YOUR STATE squanders OUR TAX DOLLARS on outside professional service contracts that are NOT subject to competitive bidding.

Pay particular attention to the attorney fees collected by contract lawyers, the final offers made to landowners and the actual payments property owners and tenants received after years of heartaches and expensive litigation.

I also urge you to investigate the State’s so-called Economic Development and Quality Jobs Program, which is just another scheme to extort money from hard-working taxpayers and give it to people who do not deserve it!

Oklahoma IS the Most Corrupt State in America and it is OUR duty to do something about it!
